The charity aim to support disadvantaged and vulnerable individuals, particularly those within the Muslim community. Their beneficiary group includes women and children, low income families and those underserved within the community, who have limited access to the essential support services and quality education they need. The Al-Jarryah Foundation want to help create better opportunities, ensure dignity, equality and greater independence to improve the future of the people they support. They do this by providing practical assistance, offering educational, financial and material support through community based initiatives. Through these services, the charity want to empower their beneficiaries, improve their overall wellbeing and build their confidence in order to take the skills they learn forward to ensure long term stability.
This charity received one laptop donation which will mean the team of volunteers can enhance their capacity to expand and deliver the essential serveices they provide to disadavnatged invidusla dn families. By imporving the charity’s operational capability, it will improve their outreach and communication with beneficiares that need the charity’s support as well as respond more effectively to emergeing needs of the community. This will ensure their funds can be focused and used to elsewhere to expand their educational programmes, further provide assistance to improve wellbeing and promote independence creating meaningly long term outcomes.
