Wiltshire Refugee Network

Wiltshire Refugee Network works to empower asylum seekers, vulnerable migrants, and refugees in Wiltshire to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. The organisation is committed to creating inclusive communities by providing practical support, fostering cultural understanding, and promoting access to education, employment, and social integration opportunities. Its vision is a society in which refugees and migrants are fully integrated, valued, and able to thrive, contributing their skills and experiences to vibrant and inclusive communities across the United Kingdom.

The donation of a laptop, mobile phones, and SIM cards will provide valuable support to refugee families by improving their access to digital technology and connectivity. The devices will enable beneficiaries to access essential online services, communicate with support workers, healthcare providers, schools, and legal representatives, and maintain contact with family members and wider support networks. They will also facilitate access to education, language learning resources, employment opportunities, and benefits or housing services. By reducing digital exclusion, the donation will help refugee families navigate daily life more effectively, strengthen their independence, improve social inclusion, and support their long-term integration and stability within the community.
