Henna Asian Women’s Group

Henna Asian Women’s Group is a long-established Camden charity supporting Asian women, particularly those experiencing loneliness or social isolation. Founded in 1982, the organisation provides a welcoming community where women can build confidence, improve their wellbeing and develop stronger social connections. Its activities include social groups, exercise and wellbeing sessions, life-skills training, advice and listening support, ESOL and learning opportunities, arts and crafts, befriending and support for older carers.

The charity received one Windows 11 laptop. The donated device will support Henna’s work with women who may face digital exclusion, including older and socially isolated members, by helping them access online services, information and learning opportunities more confidently. It will also support staff and volunteers in delivering activities, communicating with members and strengthening the charity’s day-to-day services across Camden.
