The Triple Skillz charity, established by Tripleskillz Education Limited, works especially with excluded and challenging young people. They began providing additional services focusing more on sports programmes and extra-curricular activities after recognising the positive impact these initiatives can have on engagement, confidence and personal development. They wanted to expand the charity to further support educational outcomes and create more opportunities for young people to succeed. Their aims are to bring people, premises and potential together to make positive, impactful change, supporting local communities and getting behind the achievements and inspiration of young people and their families. The charity helps young people realise their potential not only in the present but also by supporting pathways into further education, training and employment. Through this work, Triple Skillz seeks to ensure that young people and their potential remain the priority. They currently support local communities and aspire to develop their work at a county level, while working towards achieving a national footprint in the years to come.
The charity received one laptop donation at this event. Triple Skillz will use this donated device to further support their work with young people in Leicester and strengthen the delivery of their programmes and services. This will aid them in their plan to make a powerful impact by providing transformational support services for young people and assist in the development of a CRM management system. This donation will mean the charity can digitally track young people's personal development, engagement and progression across the projects and programmes they offer.
